Women's Aikido Seminar

This will be the 5th annual Women's Seminar co-taught by Penny Sablove Sensei, chief instructor of Heart of San Francisco Aikido, and Linda Holiday Sensei, chief instructor of Aikido of Santa Cruz. The purpose of the seminar is to encourage, empower, and celebrate women in Aikido. The seminar will include much on-the-mat training as well as some discussion times. $50 for the entire day and lunch will be provided. Please join us in strengthening the community of women Aikido practitioners, and women's place in the art.
